After an averted terrorist attack in Berlin the city lies in chaos. Meanwhile the musician Phil (Gary Dourdan) and his wife Eve (Florentine Lahme) are at their bank applying for a loan. When Phil leaves the building for a while, fate decides to strike. The unsuspecting musician becomes a target for the terrorists and his wife is captured by the ruthless hostage-takers. Phil is issued an ultimatum by his puppet masters: to rescue Eve he has to lure the journalist Nicole Hart (Cosma Shiva Hagen) into a deadly trap…
